OUR JOURNEY
Our story is one of hard work, perseverance, and the will to keep growing. Beginning in 2007,
the founding members of the organisation began at ground level, as ushers, in an industry filled
with vigour and excitement. Through hard work and determination, the initial foundation that makes
us who we are today was set. The self proclaimed Ushers inc. initiated recruitment at a mere 10 staff
specialising in a single genre, which steadily rose through loyalty, skilled personnel, and expert
management.
In 2012 the company decided the time was right to implement a new phase of our journey, in order
to attain a greater competitive advantage within our field. Thus, LiveWired Resources was born, and
brought with it a rapid rate of expansion. This part of our journey produced a vast array of experience
and excitement which is the reason it is considered the heart and soul of the organisation.
Today, as a new chapter of our journey emerges through the development of Ubunye Staffing Solutions, we
are proud to say that we now have the capabilities and resources to provide and manage in excess of 250
staff in a professional and efficient manner.
Needless to say, the journey won’t end here, as our ambition and desire to grow increases every day.
As a wise man once said, “ There is no passion to be found in playing small – in settling for a life
that is less than the one you are capable of living”, and that wise man was none other than Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela.
